Super easy to deal with wether your cars been at fault and your the one at fault or your the one in the wrong. There treatment was exceptional. They took my car ,called me an uber in witch sent me to pick up a courtesy car .ive never spoken to a happier crew of workers .

Absolutely terrible experience. Fix Auto keeps delaying my car over and over with zero accountability. Every time I call, they give me another excuse and push the pickup date again. I’ve been promised multiple completion times and not a single one has been honored. I had to chase them just to get updates, and even then they still failed to deliver.
