No one likes to go through the process of fixing their vehicle, but this location was excellent, great customer service and delightful staff. Very quick with getting us a rental and taking us there immediately. Thank you.
Took a long time for the repair but some parts were backorder so can't blame the shop. The vehical was suppose to be detailed but when I picked it up it looks as though it was just rinsed off. The floor mats and interior was not even vacumed, nothing was even wiped down. The engin bay was completely filthy and the vehical had front end damage so I know they had the hood off to repair. I was told that if we are in town and willing to wait they would send it for detail again.
They took in my vehicle after an incident. Fixed it up better than it was before. They communicated throughout the whole process with any setbacks. They even detailed the whole inside! Which was unexpected. After I picked up my vehicle and drove away I discovered something abnormal and they were immediately available to answer my question on what it might be. Had some scrapes on the vehicle so brought it in for an estimate. Reception staff were attentive and helpful. Andrew inspected the damage and suggested a great course of action and was able to facilitate an immediate repair. The technician ( Justin I think) did a great job. I was very impressed with their work and customer service.
