11 December 2025 in the middle of a storm, had issue where driver’s door wouldn’t open due to wind damage. Steve brought truck in, and Andrew adjusted the door to get me on my way. Amazing service at a great time of need. Thanks

Fix it kept me in the loop on the status of my insurance repair all along the process (~3 weeks instead of just a couple days) and even cleaned it better than I can!! When you take a vehicle to a repair shop, it is completely out of their control the wait time a dealership causes for parts or services but Fix it owned everything they could! I’ll come back, but hope there no need
