A guy who didn't know how to look behind him backed into me in a parking lot. My insurance pointed me to Fix Auto. They were courteous and were willing to help me out. Very good communication and the car is now in fine shape. So why only 4 stars? Well, attention to detail. They didn't check out the back up camera. It wasn't properly connected and didn't work. Luckily it was a quick fix, but they should have caught that before I got word that the car was ready.
USAA tried to make my repairs as difficult as possible, but Fix Auto was absolutely amazing for their part. Marshall was very friendly and excellent at communicating where my car was throughout the process. Hopefully, I won't be needing repairs again, but if ever I do, I will be returning. Highly recommend the Fix Auto team!
Took my car here to have passenger side mirror replaced. Everything from obtaining an estimate, to setting my appointment, ordering part and having the repair done went very smoothly. Marshall took care of everything and was very courteous and professional. Would definitely use them again!
These guys here are great! Had minor work done but the paint turned out great!
