Matt saves the day! The insurance company dropped the ball with a miscommunication on payment to Fix Auto which meant they couldn't release my car to me until the payment was complete. Matt could tell I was stressed because I had already dropped off the rental car and it was Friday afternoon and everything was about to close for the weekend.
