When I dropped off my vehicle for repairs, my OEM Toyota wheel lock key was in the vehicle. However, after repairs, the the key was missing. When I raised the issue, I was told that nobody had a reason to use it, and responsibility was effectively denied. Without my car for 10 days..insurance supplied rental. Looks like work done very well. Car was detail clean when returned. So far very happy with result .

I had a wonderful experience at Fix Auto. They did a pretty good job fixing my car and even went above and beyond by doing some extra work, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out was their flexibility with scheduling — I wasn't able to make it on the original day and came in after the weekend instead, and they were completely fine with it. Made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. Very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend them! Thanks to the Whole team

I'd rather call rogers and be put through to a call center in Mumbai and be put on hold for 40 mins than call this place. No one ever picks up the phone.

I went to go get an estimate for my dent in my car. I gave the young man my keys, he said I’ll be right back. He came back and said all done. He was able to pull out dent in less than 10 min. I was expecting to pay close to $1000. I was hoping for less, I got the surprise of my life. No Charge. I had already been to two other places, both over a $1000. I cannot express my gratitude. Thank you so much. No ripping off a senior here.
