I would just like to say thank you to everyone at fix it auto in Kamloops for making the repair process so easy and getting my truck done earlier than expected. Great ppl and great workmanship! Unfortunately the second time around using fix it auto was unimpressive and multiple issues found.
Wow! After I pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned the interior of my car, when it was only a bumper that it was in for. The commitment to detail on both ends is splendid. Great job.
Our initial visit with them was quite degrading. They were very rude to my husband and daughter inlaw. Fortunately, things got worked out and they did a great job on our vehicle and had the repair completed ahead of the date specified. I would recommend them for the quality of work.
Fix auto did a amazing job fixing my car after it was damaged would 100 percent recommend then awesome customer service as well
