I highly recommend this shop. Referred by insurance company after accident. They called to set up appointment immediately. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Car was repaired and ready earlier than expected.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.They explained what the whole procedure of fixing my car Very accommodating when I return my rental they would call the rental company to pick up the rental car at the shop. The skin on the passenger side looked new the quarter panel looked new. Fix washed my car and the paint was matched perfectly. My experience at Fix Auto Irvine was great. I felt safe because everyone wore masks. They were friendly and communicated well, notifying me of everything I needed to know. They communicated with my insurance company and made it easy to rent and return a rental car. My car was ready days before the estimated date. An overall positive experience.

Fix Auto Irvine was great to deal with. They gave constant updates, worked directly with insurance so I didn’t have to, arranged Uber to pick me up after I dropped off the vehicle and when the repairs were done, and completed the work 2 days ahead of their estimated completion. I would definitely come back here again, but hope I don’t have to.
The girls in the office were great. Scott not so much... he cost me a lot of unnecessary money.
