Car was involved in a hit and run , individual was caught and charged .My insurance booked my car at Fixit auto in Dartmouth.Fixit auto contacted me for an assessment appointment and it was booked.A few hours before appointment a manager called to inform me they had to cancel my appointment as they don’t work on that old stuff …only 10yrs old or newer .Im a retired automotive tech and my insurance ended up paying me to fix my car .Told the Fixit manager , if your unable to replace a simple bumper cover and paint it there is ... read more
So rude managers, I gave them my car for bumper repair & there were gaps in bumper. I shown that to them & also they throw something on my passenger seat. Rather than giving solution she said I don't agree that it's something from them. Simple suggestion from my side that think before you guyz go there.
