Unprofessional and unfriendly staff and no customer care. Not recommended at all.
Horrible experience — never again! I took my vehicle to Fix Auto hoping for professional service, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made. They gave an initial repair estimate of around $5,200, but it magically ballooned to over $13,000 — with no proper explanation or new damage discovered. Car was involved in a hit and run , individual was caught and charged .My insurance booked my car at Fixit auto in Dartmouth.Fixit auto contacted me for an assessment appointment and it was booked.A few hours before appointment a manager called to inform me they had to cancel my appointment as they don’t work on that old stuff …only 10yrs old or newer .Im a retired automotive tech and my insurance ended up paying me to fix my car .Told the Fixit manager , if your unable to replace a simple bumper cover and paint it there is ... read more
