Very happy with how the repairs went, I would reccomend this company.
Staff was really nice but work was subpar. There was no attention to detail with my car. They gave it back to me with faulty parts and trim not fully clipped in. Body panels look good but all the replacement trim looks like garbage. Not finish quality work at all, big gaps in between parts, dirt under tape, etc. I took the car back to get work re-done and it came out looking worse than the first fix. I don’t feel confident in their work to bring my vehicle back for a third time.
Couldn't have been worse. They put the wrong mirror on. The door handle fell off in the parking lot for pick up ...after I returned my rental. Fix auto made my not at fault accident so much worse from a frustration and convenience stand put. I'd pick anywhere else if I could go back in time.
The service with Fix Auto was outstanding. I took my Ford Edge in for a small repair and they had it completed in 2½ days! The paint job is amazing and you would never know I was ever hit in a parking lot. It was a hit and run so it had to go thru my own insurance. They folks at Fix Auto are wonderful!
