Very friendly and very professional. Matt reviewed the damage to my car with me and even rubbed out some minor scrapes beyond the damage area for free. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful and called the rental car company for me. In all, it was a pleasant experience which is particularly important when one has just been traumatized by an accident. The car was ready a day earlier than promised!
They kept me completely in the loop as how the progression was going. They delivered the vehicle a week earlier than promised and have the car a complete detail.
