OK, I admit I’ve been in a few accidents. So I’ve also had some experience with body shops. Some really bad ones! But I’ve never had an experience like I had recently at Ronald’s Body Shop. I really like my car, a 2013 Scion FRS, so I was hopeful that Ronald would be able to put it back together in an acceptable fashion. I got rear ended for the very first time in all the years I've been driving. Not knowing the process of what happens after I get Insurance info I take my car to my local body shop on la cienega and venice. Ronalds body shop was the only shop open on that saturday morning unlike the others around the same block so I decided to pay them a visit.
