0 Star : My Experience Car updates on extending time were sent out after the expected pick up or not at all. This caused me to return my rental before my car was ready because my time wasn’t updated on the website and I received no call. What was also upsetting is that they called the day before telling me my car would 100% be ready so it was really frustrating to arrive and have my car not be ready and not have any mode of personal transportation for a day.

5 Star : Likely to Recommend The match on color was just perfect, not dull or off tone, absolutely perfect. 5 Star : Repair Quality Service, care and friendliness of Fix Auto staff was above and beyond expectations. 5 Star : Customer Service Jimmy and Justine (and everybody else at the shop) were “old school” kind and caring, I would not go anywhere else for auto body care.
