5 Star : Likely to Recommend The only suggestion that I would make: I understand why you give the maximum amount of time that the job might take, but I received a text on Wednesday saying that my car would be ready in about 9 days. In actuality, it was ready that day. It was stressful to read that text! Maybe there's a way of saying "up to a week" or something.
