Wow!! Stopped by fix auto in Aurora to see about some damage to our car . Was greeted by Eric who was very very friendly and professional and came to have a look . He grabbed some items from his shop , came out and spent some time cleaning, fixing and polishing our car . All at a cost to him only !! We are truly grateful to Eric and his amazing customer service and although we hope never to have to see him again , it’s the only place we would ever go to for our cars from now on . From the moment I walked in the door for a quote, until the time I picked up my fully repaired car, FixIT Auto and specifically, Eric were amazing. Eric was easy to work with, amazing at communicating at all stages, and was thorough in explaining every step of the process. Bonus: when I picked up my car, it was sparkling washed and cleaned inside and out - thank you! I had some light scratches on my newly purchased car, and Eric did an outstanding job polishing them out! He was friendly, and the results were flawless. I highly recommend this shop for quality body work!
