Wonderful customer service - helped me buff out a scratch free of charge and advised about best options for some door dings. Helpful and honest. Would absolutely recommend!
The damage could’ve been fixed, but they replaced everything instead, including the headlight. The claim ended up being over $7,000 for a small repair and it took over 3 weeks. Way too much for what it was.
My boss was very stressed out after she had accidentally scratched the bumper of her BMW while pulling into her garage. I took it to Fix Auto to get an estimate on the repair; but, Eric was able to just clean it up with a bit of paint thinner and it looks good as new! The service was quick, friendly and he did it at no charge!
Wow!! Stopped by fix auto in Aurora to see about some damage to our car . Was greeted by Eric who was very very friendly and professional and came to have a look . He grabbed some items from his shop , came out and spent some time cleaning, fixing and polishing our car . All at a cost to him only !! We are truly grateful to Eric and his amazing customer service and although we hope never to have to see him again , it’s the only place we would ever go to for our cars from now on .
