RecommendedMy car was done when I was told it would be done. The manager was professional go see Kekoa Iaea if you have any problems.
Cause $2100 dollars worth of damage to my new rav! Had my car 19 days, didn’t do the work properly! Had to take it back because they didn’t put the bumper on properly and though we’re almost two months into this, there’s still a piece missing underneath the vehicle that they “ordered” twice and then “lost” twice... still waiting to find out if I’ll ever get the piece. Absolute nightmare to work with, and devastated with the damage done to my car! Stay away! Not worth the “express” service insurance companies offer!!!
1 month and counting on body work and zero calls later... My car was involved in a collision January 13th it’s now February 22 and one week past the last estimated time of completion. Every time I call them for an update they seem surly saying that they give calls every Tuesday and Thursday with updates as if I aught not have called. I am very happy with the service I was provided after being rear ended last Thursday. I dropped the car off Monday morning and it was finished this afternoon. They washed the outside and the inside smelled lovely. Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle � as if it were your own. I will definitely suggest your business in the future.
Picked up my wife's car up today and drove away and the underbelly pan was falling off their managers ability to conduct a proper quality assurance assessment is astoundingly terrible. Furthermore three hours later my cars check engine light and EPC light or flashing and the car is not drivable so I have the car back just for a few hours and it is back on until truck all of this after 30 days of being in their shop I'm not sure how they stay in business. My husband brought our truck to Fix Auto Gambell to get some body work done. When he picked up the truck he noticed the light bar was stolen off of the front bumper of the truck. The truck was within their enclosed, locked fence the whole time, and there was no reason they should have touched the front of the truck so it shouldn't have even been taken off at all, damage was to the rear. Worse customer service I've ever received. Damaged the interior, fixing my exterior. Pay the extra and go elsewhere. Poor customer service.
