I had a pipe burst underground and my neighbor suggested 5 Star. I received great service from everyone I worked with in the organization from the Administrative assistant scheduling the appointments and sending me the quotes. To the technicians who were fabulous. They were respectful of my property and provided great service timely. Even gave me a realistic price for an additional service I needed but hadn't planned on for the say. I've used this company for years for annual service without issue but now that something is actually wrong with my unit it's obvious this company has no actual clue what they are doing. My unit worked intermittently and they initially could not find anything wrong with the A/C unit and indicated the coils had probably frozen due to a dirty filter. It died later that week and they indicated they would be there the following day to investigate. They put a new capacitor on and said they need to order a blower motor and would be... read more
