The new property management has been extremely disappointing. Dogs are NOW allowed in the building, and because the walls are very thin, LOUD barking can easily be heard early in the morning and throughout the day. The ceilings are also poorly insulated, so noise from upstairs neighbors walking can be heard constantly. Overall, the building is significantly overpriced. This apartment building is extremely overpriced. When they empty the dumpster outside, it’s incredibly loud - sometimes even at 3 a.m. No good night sleep. The dog barking is also outrageous and on top of that, you even have to pay extra every month just for storage.
I would not recommend living in this apartment building. The management is terrible and seems to look for any excuse to evict tenants for no real reason. It makes the whole place feel very unstable and stressful because you never know when they might decide to push someone out. Another big issue is the construction of the building. The apartments on the first floors above the garage get extremely cold during the winter. The insulation is clearly poor, and the pipes freeze constantly when the temperatures drop. Awful place to live. Tenants smoke on the parking lots and in their cars. Prepare to get awaken at 7 am by the smoke in your window, and same during the day and night. Absolutely no signs on the property about NO SMOKING. Nobody cares. Stay out. Find a better place to live
