No Good
The worst, most disgusting, disrespectful, and ignorant apartment complex not just in West Tampa, but possibly in all of Florida! The management is clearly very satisfied with the chaos because they NEVER accept any complaints. In fact, if you file a complaint, you become the problem—and it doesn’t stop there. They will even fine you for ridiculous reasons, like allegedly violating the “trash hour rule.” We lived here for four and a half years, and the last two years were nothing short of hell. A bitter experience at 5 West Apartments. I left the apartment ready for rent. But here's my story of the two years I've lived here. 1. On the third day I moved in, the police killed a man. The office couldn't clearly explain what happened (2023). The apartment was covered in wood for many months. 2. The parking is horrible; many people live in the apartments, and without many cars, there's no control. There are also abandoned cars. 3.
