If I could, I would give this company ZERO stars. We had a HORRIBLE tour guide/driver in Valle Guadalupe Winery Tour. This incident took place during the wine tour on 4/22/2017 in Valle Guadalupe involving the tour guide, Ignacio M*******. After dropping us off at our hotel Encuentro, Mr M******* reversed into my parked car with the tour bus and caused significant damage to the back of the vehicle. Stranded by Five Star Tours This was the biggest fail ever! NEVER hire Five Star Tours!! We hired them to take us to San Diego Safari Park. First, they were an hour late picking us up. We expected them to arrive in a nice tour bus like the one shown and detailed on their web site. Instead we were picked up in a barely operating van - the scariest ride of my life.
