I got my vehicle tinted here, but they left it with a bunch on air bubbles. I went back and Carlos said they couldn't do anything. I asked for half of my money back. Carlos said that he couldn't so apparently he called his boss and didn't get an answer. I left my number with him and he said he'll call me back if I could get my money back. Until today I've gotten no response with a screwed up tint. Bad experience.
No customer service at all
While the operation seems like it should go smoothly, there were multiple issues, including an extended delay past my scheduled time, my window knocking off of its track (which required me to go back early, fix it and then wait for the final window.) The tint itself looks great and the technicians are clearly very capable. It just seems to be a communication issue between management, the front desk and the technician.
It took at least 4 hours for an Audi a for just about every window has bubbles on it. I've been to the business 3 times only to have canceled or told on there on the wrong day. He refuses to give my money back charge $600 for this tiny little car I paid 400 for my Mercedes Sprinter Van. I never had a bubble .from the minute I got in the vehicle this was a horrible mess.
