This is one of the nicest and cleanest facilities we have used. Super accommodating for our short term needs and made our trip extremely easy I would recommend them to anyone who would ever ask
Great service and got me a unit asap. Rick was very kind and answered all questions asked and made my experience great. And got a free 5 star coozy and bottle opener ! I will Definitely use five star storage for all my storage needs!
They continually raise the rent without notifying me! Highly do NOT recommend! In response to the owners comment below I searched through my emails & no such email was ever sent!
Since they took over a year ago, they raised the fee from $60 to $80. A year later $80 to $105. It's tight to access from 14th. The roof of my unit leaks. The code for the door only works on one end. Find another facility.
