Terrible experience. Not what was advertised and no communication even after leaving messages. Now how I'll get my property from there is uncertain . But will update rating at that time.
I have been utilizing Five Star for travel trailer storage. Service has always been good. Recently moved to bigger unit due to changing camper size, and Denise was exceptional. Fast response, quick answers to questions, smooth transfer. All in all, excellent experience. Thank you.
