Signing up was very easy. Great communication on move in dates with information regarding unit and facility access.
Just dropped off my trailer for the 1st time at 5-Star! What an incredibly EASY process!!! Thank You!! Setting everything up online, and then getting texts with my trailer space # and gate code access...painless painless!! Property and buildings were very clean and perimeter fencing all in good shape. I have zero reservations about leaving my stuff at this property. Thanks again!!
Easy to reserve a unit online — did this the day prior to needing the actual unit. I contacted them via phone with a few questions and the woman I spoke to was super friendly and thorough in her responses! I would definitely recommend. Upon arriving, we were able to easily access the unit and the unit/building interior was clean.
Five Star Storage was easy to schedule online and instructions/directions were sent in a timely manner and concise. Unit was a bit dirty with sunflower seeds on the floor but quickly swept up.
Very easy to deal with and clean facilities.
