Do not reccomend. I got in a hard spot when funds were froze for weeks trying to transfer to a new bank. I called and asked them to split payments because they linked my two units together and I had to use different accounts to oay for them. They waited until after the 1st to contact me and give me what I requested and charged me 20% on top. I do not recommend them. Was very easy to sign up and get a storage unit.
Denise was very helpful with my storage lockers I have done separate times. She was very professional and helpful. Very friendly. She has the best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. I would definitely recommend Five Star Storage and Denise she is amazing.
Signing up was very easy. Great communication on move in dates with information regarding unit and facility access.
Just dropped off my trailer for the 1st time at 5-Star! What an incredibly EASY process!!! Thank You!! Setting everything up online, and then getting texts with my trailer space # and gate code access...painless painless!! Property and buildings were very clean and perimeter fencing all in good shape. I have zero reservations about leaving my stuff at this property. Thanks again!!
