Do not reccomend. I got in a hard spot when funds were froze for weeks trying to transfer to a new bank. I called and asked them to split payments because they linked my two units together and I had to use different accounts to oay for them. They waited until after the 1st to contact me and give me what I requested and charged me 20% on top. I do not recommend them. Was very easy to sign up and get a storage unit.
Denise was very helpful with my storage lockers I have done separate times. She was very professional and helpful. Very friendly. She has the best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. I would definitely recommend Five Star Storage and Denise she is amazing.
Signing up was very easy. Great communication on move in dates with information regarding unit and facility access.
