Do not use five star storage. They will bleed you dry in fees. Support a small company that cares about it's customers. Update. It has been almost a week and not one person from 5 star reached out and they have yet to split the bill for me to be up to date from last month and are forcing it all on at once. I had the manager Jaylan help me set up the storage, had some adjustments to make with the unit was extremely accommodating…followed up on the adjustments made with the unit and was very impressed…I also had another staff member named Sonja follow up with some account issues at a later date that was very sincere in listening and solving the issues with my acct. Would highly recommend this storage and they were nothing short or caring and wonderful. Thank you and would highly recommend this storage facility!

Do not reccomend. I got in a hard spot when funds were froze for weeks trying to transfer to a new bank. I called and asked them to split payments because they linked my two units together and I had to use different accounts to oay for them. They waited until after the 1st to contact me and give me what I requested and charged me 20% on top. I do not recommend them.
