Went in on Monday for full set. Tuesday was not pleased with how they looked. Spoke with the manager Cindy, she had me come back in today. A young lady, named Serene fixed my nails & did an excellent job. Cindy was extremely professional as was Serene. I have been pleased with Five Star in the past, & after this minor problem, will continue to use them & recommend them! Thank you Cindy!!
The most friendly staff I've in countered since Essence Nail Salon. They did great job on my nails the best they have ever looked since I started getting my nails done in December.
Nice relaxed environment, friendly staff, and fast service when they are not very busy.
I arrived early Thursday morning with no appointment. I previously emailed them about their acrylic removal techniques. The representative nicely explained the process since this would be the first time I got them removed. I was greeted by Grace. She was so polite and sweet. I had no problems throughout my services. She did file down a little more than I would like on my nail bed, but I'm sure the next time I visit she would be happy to accommodate me.
