I have been a five star septic customer for many years and it proves to be a big and costly mistake. 4 years ago, they replaced my pump, 2 years later they told me it broke again, and 1.5 year later it broke again and again. In 4 year period of time my pumps were replaced three times and each cost $1100+, while typical pump should last more than 10 years. This is how they ripe off customers.
