Pete was by far the most professional and competitively priced of all the contractors I spoke with, delivering exactly what he promised.
Pete was amazing from the minute I contacted him to remove the popcorn ceiling in our home. My husband and I were in the processes of purchasing our first home, and this was our first major project we wanted completed before we moved in. I was completely impressed with the quality of work FiveStar did on my house. They removed the popcorn ceilings in the entire house, and removed an outdated entertainment center that opened my living room. Pete and his crew were very professional and courteous. Pete explained in detail the job that he was completing and even rearranged his work schedule to accomodate a last minute change I had made to paint the interior of the house. Great customer service. I found one discrepancy and within 12 hrs Pete and a member of his crew were back out to fix it. They work hard and were in and out in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get their popcorn ceilings scraped. We are already planning on using them again for a kitchen remodel.
They did a decent job. After they cleaned up I noticed that water had gotten through the plastic covering the fhard wood loor and about 7 spots were damage. I had to sand and brush polyurathaine to the damaged areas. They also installed hardwood floor in the master bdrm and I was not happy with the job they did. A couple of days later I found discrepancies in the labor performed. They weren't detail oriented.
Great experience with Fivestar Maintenance. Pete the owner called me immediately after I sent the request through homeadvisor.com. He was able to start the job two days after my inquiry. This company is very professional, fast and easy to work with. They left my place extremely clean. Removing popcorn and painting ceilings is a very messy job but they did a fantastic job. 5 STARS. I would recommend them to anybody. They do all kind of maintenance and remodeling. Thank you again Pete.
