Well I got my house so I guess they did their job, however I never felt that my realtor was friendly I always felt tense around her. I don’t know if this is relevant but I’ve seen people buy houses and their realtor make a big deal, in my case she gave me a gift bag with pens of their logo and a tree ornament. The moment when she handed over my keys did not feel special at all. I guess some realtors are more appreciative of their sale. I will look for a different realtor next time.
Alondra Lopez is an amazing realtor. Throughout the home buying process she demonstrated honesty, integrity, determination, patience, local knowledge and great communication skills. Alondra is client motivated, personable and a skilled negotiator. I am thankful to Alondra for making the process of buying my first home a great experience and I look forward to working with her in the future. 10/10 Recommend.
