We had a terrible experience as a renter in a tenant-occupied property listen through Five Star Real Estate. Our first communication from the realtor explicitly stated that showings would only happen during 9-5 business hours and 75%+ of showings happened after 5pm. Showings also extended far past the times given, including an instance where our front door was left unlocked between groups with no communication. We are lucky we owned a Ring camera. Not sure if this is Tyler Jackson’s office at 5 star but that dude is the most annoying realtor to ever live. Endless unsolicited calls and texts from that dude. Don’t reply? He doesn’t care. He will bother you until you tell him to stop
Nick and the Team were wonderful to work with. Quick, efficient, great communication, and dedicated. Even when unprecedented issues arose during the closing process, Nick walked us through it and kept us informed. Couldn't have asked for a better relator!
