Red flags here, for rental applicants: no accommodations for an on-site tour, to meet with property manager face-to-face. No access to communication with property manager regarding the application process, and working around their tenant criteria. Impossible to call in and ask questions over the phone. Avoid applying to their listings if they can’t provide any clarifications you may have on their criteria. Most likely you’ll just be wasting your $40 getting denied.

Completely unprofessional company that scams tenants of their application fees. They discriminate based on reasons unrelated to credit. Please spare yourself the trouble.

This company publicly responded to a review on yelp with the incorrect first and last name with personal and confidential information. This is absolutely abhorrent and inexcusable. No one should consider giving this business their money.
