What a terrific experience. Elyssa for months before move in made sure to keep touching base while we waited for our home to sell. Move in was smooth. Elyssa even helped us find movers. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the staff so accommodating. The residents at the pointe have been so welcoming . Everything is so clean and running like a well oiled ship .
Wow, what a great independent living this is! We were so impressed with how many people were playing Mahjong and Canaster. I know my Mom will love living here.
My family recently visited The Pointe at Boca Raton to see the assisted living for a relative. We were very impressed with their services and pricing and most likely they will be our first choice when we are ready to make a move.
My father lives at The Pointe in Boca Raton. He is 101 years old and accidentally caused a fire at his apartment there. Thankfully, he is fine but as you can imagine, the experience has been traumatizing for all. I live out of state and while I've been trying to handle things on my end, I have been so incredibly relieved to know that both Pauline Lawson and Juana Pena Ubierra have been there to assist him. The Pointe at Boca Raton is a clean, well-managed Independent Living Facility with terrific staff and great amenities. My elderly parents have just moved in and the residents and the staff have been warm and welcoming. It's only a few days, but we think this is a perfect fit. The activities, the layout, the opportunities for socialization are all just what you would want for an elderly couple who should not be living on their own any more. We could not be happier.
