It’s organized, clean, has great food, but most importantly kind and caring.
My parents recently located to 5 Star from another local facility. Elisa was very helpful throughout the process. The food, transportation options and entertainment have been superior in every way from their previous location.
I wanted to thank the staff at Five Star for making my mother - in-law feel welcome in her new home. Every staff member went out of their way to met her feel special. The sponsored an open house in her honor. The invited her friends to attend. Five Star provided a full lunch as well as a tour of the facility. It was an amazing day ! Working with Elisa Dansky was a pleasure from the moment my wife and I inquired about moving my father-in-law to Five Star Independent Living. This process can be extremely frustrating but everything so far has been top notch.
My visit with Elisa was very positive in multiple ways. She was a good listener regarding my reasons for taking a tour but also understanding my current situation. The facilities are attractive and seem to provide excellent services for residents. The food menu options are exceptional plus floor plan options options are appealing. All in all, the visit was time well spent!
