I have truly never had a better experience with any service provider ever. After another company overcharged me, messed with my settings, and tried to scam me, Ken came a total of three times to debug my HVAC system and get it up and running. I also no longer live at the property and he managed to save me another hour+ trip up by doing a repeat visit on the same day. In the end, the total cost for all three visits ended up being less than the scammers had charged me to replace a fuse and mess up my system. I cannot recommend... read more
Professional and exceptionally trustworthy people. I have used them on four separate occasions, and each time they reliably came through with a sound, timely diagnosis and a professional repair. On two occasions, they advised the particular matter may be one of two scenarios…a simpler solution or a more complex/expensive solution. They prepared for both, ordered parts for both scenarios, and in both situations miraculously it was the cheaper simpler solution. They have earned not just my business but my respect and trust.
Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and relatively speaking, reasonably priced. I'll be going back if/when I need to.
From old water heater and boiler replacements to mini split installation and maintenance, Five Star has consistently delivered excellent and prompt service with kind and knowledgeable technicians.
