I purchased a Cummins generator through Five Star Power Systems in 2019. Unfortunately, from the day it was installed, the generator has never operated properly. Despite numerous service calls and thousands of dollars spent on repairs, the unit still cannot be relied upon for backup power. The generator has accumulated only about 300 hours of operation in seven years, yet it continues to shut down after running for only a few hours. I highly recommend Five Star Power Systems. They were extremely quick to come check out our issue and were very responsive in communication. We had our AC pump replaced, and they did an excellent job. Prices were reasonable, and they were very professional.
I highly recommend Five Star Power Systems. It's so rare to find excellent customer service like they provide. They did a great job installing a tankless hot water heater at my Annapolis condo last year. I reached out to them today - over a year later - asking if they could send me my receipt. They sent it within minutes! Thank you Five Star.
I have truly never had a better experience with any service provider ever. After another company overcharged me, messed with my settings, and tried to scam me, Ken came a total of three times to debug my HVAC system and get it up and running. I also no longer live at the property and he managed to save me another hour+ trip up by doing a repeat visit on the same day. Professional and exceptionally trustworthy people. I have used them on four separate occasions, and each time they reliably came through with a sound, timely diagnosis and a professional repair. On two occasions, they advised the particular matter may be one of two scenarios…a simpler solution or a more complex/expensive solution. They prepared for both, ordered parts for both scenarios, and in both situations miraculously it was the cheaper simpler solution. They have earned not just my business but my respect and trust.
