Kaleb was very knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous. He did a great job addressing several plumbing issues. He took time to answer all questions. He worked with confidence and efficiency but was more concerned about getting the job done right than rushing through it and leaving loose ends. Great job!
Excellent service, great people, very professional
Do not use in an emergency!!! I called for a broken furnace they came out and said the part would take 1 week to get in. It’s been over 2 weeks and they have ghosted me. I have 3 young kids and we had to survive through the coldest temps in recent South Carolina history. I have called 3 times and not once have they responded. For the sake of your family do not use this company
We had our heat pump replaced after 13 years of service by Five Star. Considering it is rated for 10 years that’s not bad. It went out on January 30th and they had the job completed the next day
