Chad, our technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We were advised about 1/2 hour prior to Chad's arrival. I highly recommend Five star service and Chad's our technician.
Zander was great! He answered all of our questions and was very thorough walking us through the process, financing and warranty. We hope to install later this year!

This company is horrible. We had the mini-split unit installed and paid in full over 6 weeks ago. After 4 or 5 return maintenance visits, the unit still doesn’t work. Unable to get a manager’s name/contact info. This is part of a renovation project and we cannot move forward until hvac is complete, and they do not even care that they have literally stopped our project, with other contractors waiting on them.
