A little disappointed having the feeling we got gassed for a suggested repair to a toilet fill valve and water line because there “wasn’t enough water in the bowl.” Nothing else was wrong, no consistently running g water, water filled in the tank, no leaks onto our floor or anything that would cause alarm. Unfortunately I was at work so (my fault there) where I could not question the consequences of not getting it repair right there and then (which there would have been no consequences since nothing was critically wrong). Service was slightly delayed but when the technician arrived he fixed the issue and changed the filter as well also gave suggestions to avoid the issue in the future
