I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. This is the second time they did their own thing during the service and charged me for it. I asked Cindy’s husband (Tom) who’s done my nail multiple times for a refill and some rose gold over a set of nails and if he’d have to shave them down or if we could do a new set. I usually have to beg for new sets cause they’d rather keep refilling for time sake instead of starting fresh. The staff was polite, the pricing was reasonable, and the final results looked nice, but I will not return. I came in for a French tip and received the look I wanted; however, the process was extremely painful. Instead of soaking off my previous acrylics, they pried them off, tearing my natural nails; some down to the nail bed. My fingers were bleeding and throbbing, yet the service continued.
