Purchased a vehicle and within 2wks of purchase, issues started to arise and continue to arise and I've yet to receive the proper response or rectification from the dealership nor my salesman Fred, whom I've called, texted and emailed. BTW only had the vehicle 7 months
Customer service was okay. I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago and this is what showed up on the inspection after telling the dealership if the car had any issues or if it had a pre-purchase inspection done. Let's just say if I give them the benefit of the doubt, that it supposedly passed the inspection...I highly doubt something like this happen in a matter of 3 weeks after purchasing a vehicle. Bad customer service!!!
Great Experience, I had an appointment to see a vehicle. The vehicle was in great condition and washed and detailed prior to my arrival. I will be back again to purchase if I am in need of another vehicle. Overall Great experience with everyone I had contact with, great price and condition for the vehicle I purchased.
