She gave me her card a few years ago and I’m so glad I finally went after getting it matted. She saved me from cutting my hair completely, spent hours fixing my hair, and gave me great advice on how to take care of it. Super patient and knowledgeable — highly recommend!
I booked an appointment at this salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I spent several hours getting my hair done, but the final result was not what I expected or asked for. When I voiced my concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, I was met with defensiveness and unprofessional communication. I also felt overcharged for the hair that was used.the first picture was what I asked for and second was what I got
She gave me treatment in the hair and I was a mazed with and she welcome me with joy me and my family we love it
