Horrible experience. The massuse started by massaging my head and face, but her hands reeked of cigarettes. Gross! The foot massage was good. The rest was painful and I have bruises from it! But the worst part… my phone died during the hour massage so i couldnt use apple pay to tip and had no cash. So I sd I would use the ATM at the nearby 7-11 and return. Be prepared for them to be rough, rub on your spine, leave the room multiple times, not have a private room, and demand a bigger tip even if you tip them 20% (even if was not deserving). I work in the spa industry and it is not okay to demand a tip…let alone tell your customers to tip more. They were very unprofessional and were talking amongst themselves as we were leaving. My wife and I recently booked a couples massage at Five Star Gold Foot Spa, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, the environment was far from relaxing — loud traffic, car horns, and police sirens could be heard clearly throughout the session, making it impossible to unwind. The receptionist was nice, my message lady was nice. I told her to do medium pressure on me coz I want to relax , No deep tissues for me, that's my personal preference. We do a couple massages. Tips for the hard work service. Our room was clean... The only thing is I don't know why they have to do the place so dark with red lights.
