Had an older Wayne Dalton unit in our house that gave up one day and coupled with a very low ceiling height I was afraid our options would be limited on what could be done for a long term solution. Harold was fantastic! He showed up right when he said he would, every time. His detailed explanations about the issues my garage doors were having made sense and were easy for me to understand. He took the time needed to get our doors dialed in and working great.
