Going to st Mt ford for service on my 2012 fucos for service, hope I have good experience,I was pushed back a week on the schedule 1st time will see how it goes.
Worst place ever! Do not take your vehicle here! Made an appointment for an oil change and still waited 2 hours. Car was leaking oil after I got him home. They over tightened the oil plug. Not to mention this is the 3rd time this has happened from taking my car here! Had to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed properly! I bought the oil change package with my car, that's the only reason I keep going here!
Great sales experience. Terrible service department. No customer focus
Worst dealership ever!! Can care less about their customers. Only worried about lying to make up for their mistakes. Please do yourself a favor, go to Loganville Ford!
