I used the 5 Star Ford mobile service option for an oil & filter change and had a great experience. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. So much better than scheduling a drop off or driving and waiting at a quick change location. It was also considerably cheaper than the quick change type shops. No extra fee for the mobile service.
