Took our F-150 in for service and was presented a proposal that was twice what the Ford website said it should cost for teh recommended repairs. Teh Ford website showed one of the repairs should take 2 to 4 hours. They were charging 10 hours for the same repair. Over $196 an hour for labor, bolts were $18 each and $4 per nut. I am certain that for the most part 5 Star is a wonderful dealership... as long as everything goes smooth. Unfortunately, my transaction was and has been anything but smooth. First, 5 Start stated I was fully qualified to purchase, so I went to the lot to fill out all paperwork and provide all documents as requested.
