I am certain that for the most part 5 Star is a wonderful dealership... as long as everything goes smooth. Unfortunately, my transaction was and has been anything but smooth. First, 5 Start stated I was fully qualified to purchase, so I went to the lot to fill out all paperwork and provide all documents as requested.
