Owner could care less regarding satisfactory, after being informed that dog hair cut was way uneven Dale only offered 10% off next service, are you kidding me it's not worth the gas or the time. Sadie was not NOT SHOW QUALITY in the grooming after Dale had talked her up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GROOMING at this facility, totally insulated when owner left it to the groomer to decide what should be done regarding the hair cut on Maltese and to come back and say 10%... read more
RecommendedPositive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value I can always count on the caring professionals at Five-Star Dog Resort. I have been bringing my 10-year-old special needs German Shepherd here since she was a puppy. There was an instance when she needed some medication while boarding there. A staff member picked up the medication that I had our vet call in to the pharmacy. We were very grateful and had peace of mind while we were out of state taking care of family business.
our 15 year old Shitzu who had the same groomer all those years, was groomed today by Sadie. we are so pleased, attention to detail on both her body and face. she looks gorgeous!! all staff we welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend them! thank you ❤️!
We and our dogs love this Resort. We’ve used them for training and boarding and have been very pleased. We highly recommend them!!!!
Sadie the head groomer is amazing!! So good with our fur baby! Definitely will be back to see Sadie!!
We lost our Samson to Cancer last week. One of the first calls we made was to Darren at Five Star because we consider him a part of our family. Five Star is the only place outside of our home that Samson ever boarded. He was trained and cared for by Darren perfectly and we are forever grateful for him and his staff. One day we will welcome another dog into our family and we will be right back at Five Star.
