wonderful carpets not soaked look brand new and the team did a super job and very noxe and perfessional and I had a stain and they got it out completely and trace of it at all highly will recommend them most of all no pushy extra sale pitches.
We had an excellent experience with Five-Star Chem Dry! Very reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job. Hadn’t had our carpets stretched or cleaned in a very long time. They knew exactly what to do and were extremely knowledgeable. The floors looked bright and almost like new by the time they finished! Great customer care. Highly recommend Five-Star Chem Dry.
Lots of hiccups with appointment changes but they were so understanding and very responsive. And very communicative about the prices upfront. My couch smells nice and it didn’t take that long.
Professional attitude and tried to accomodate my budget though unfortunately my expectations were not realistic. Still did an amazing job and thoroughly cleaned and treated my carpet.
