This is a thorough and professional carpet cleaning service. Gabriele showed me all the pet stains with the black light. He then explained the pet solution process and the advantage of getting the protectant. My carpet is 22 years old and one room smelled like dog urine. After he was finished the smell was mostly gone (some residual smell comes out as solution is working) and the carpet looks much younger and CLEAN! I have used 5 Star several times. They are my go-to guys for carpets. All the guys are professional and experienced. And they are great people!
Excellent job; free return for touch up on some difficult pet spots.
The workers are always very nice, friendly and professional and do a great job
They did a wonderful job! They worked really hard on all my areas. I had carpet and upholstery done and it looks fabulous. The guys were very nice too.
