We had Five Star Carpet Cleaning come out recently for carpet cleaning, and the results were excellent. Asher and Jonah were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Asher clearly explained the cleaning process, the stain treatment, and what to expect as the carpets dried. He also took extra time to work on several deep set spots and high traffic areas that had built up from daily family use. We were getting ready to move and really needed our carpets cleaned fast with 2 small kids, 2 dogs, and a cat, so the carpet had a lot of spots, pet hair, and heavy traffic soil. Great service for carpet cleaning at very fair prices, much lower than many larger carpet cleaning companies. I honestly thought I would need to replace the old carpet in my home that had been passed down from my grandmother because it was in rough shape. The carpet had heavy pet stains and lots of traffic marks, but they removed almost everything and made it look fresh and close to new again. I am beyond happy with how our carpet cleaning turned out. I really thought we would have to replace the carpet, but the deep cleaning brought it back to life. There were old spots and heavy stains that seemed impossible to remove.
