Just a year into our brand new garage door, and the wind pulled it in and bent it in half. The company said 5% of their door fail, and tough luck. What kind of company knows that 5% of their products fail and doesnt build it into the business to take care of those customers. RecommendedCalled Five Star Building Products during the holidays to repair my garage door. Within an hour they were at my home and repaired the door which was totally inoperable with in one hour. The technicians were skilled, friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. Five stars for Five Star.
Your driver is setting a terrible example of your service. Better tell him to calm down, not cut people off and stay back a safe distance with a big truck like that. Will never call you guys because of it. Good luck.

When I bought my home I needed a new garage door opener. I called Five Star to help me out. They came out fast and took care of the job at a very reasonable price. After a few years my springs broke since they were still the original from the previous owners. Once again I called Five Star and they came out and took care of the problem really fast and once again the price was awesome.
