The guy for the estimate entered our house REEKING of smoke...so glad we had masks on. He entered the house without a mask and I asked if he had one. He said yes and I asked him to go get it. He never introduced himself. His vehicle leaked oil all over our driveway. He fumbled around with papers and asked us odd questions. We told him we wanted to swap the toilet and shower and he was like “oh, well we don’t do that”. Uhm...ok? Dean did the job of renovating two bathrooms in three days. Great work and amazed at how quickly it was all complete.
We were very happy with our shower conversation done by Dean and Brian from Five Star Bath. They were both professional and friendly and did a great job in one day!
We didn't even get through the sales presentation process. I got a phone call from my boss and excused myself, my husband was still at the table with the rep and he got up and walked out. I don't believe we were told we both needed to be present for 100% of the presentation. Very disappointing.
Amazingly beautiful and sanitary product (far superior to tile or insert), great installers and a competitive price backed by a LIFETIME guarantee...kinda hard to top that!
Did my bathroom last year and I love it.
Had to tell the salesman to leave my house… he wouldn’t leave after 2 hours, even though we told him we weren’t making a decision until we found someone to do the work this company couldn’t do (drywall). HE got upset when we told him to leave and didn’t even leave the quote. The company then had the nerve to call back and ask if we made a decision. When I told the man on the phone what happened, he didn’t care one bit. Read Google reviews!!
Our new shower looks amazing! We are very pleased with the quality of work and how quickly it was completed. This was very important for us since we only have one bathroom in our home. Also, we were very impressed that this job was done by only one person. The guy was very kind, punctual, and hard-working. Hands down a 5 star experience.
