Never once my family we had an issue twice for the same problem . All usual maintenance, and wear and tear visits done with out any issue after always. My car feels better than before. It went in. My family been with them over 10 years.
I really appreciate an honest shop. My daughter goes to school at UGA and as a repair shop owner over 12 hours away it’s always troublesome to think about a shop taking advantage of your child. My daughter had a pretty simple problem with her car that needed addressed before she could make her drive home. I knew what the problem was and know that it was like a 10 minute job but I was worried someone would charge her way more just because “they can”. They didn’t end up charging her at all. Stopped by for something I thought would be a bigger issue but Five Star was able to take my vehicle back right away, inspect and solve the problem in no time. The guy from the front desk was a blessing to me today and I’m grateful 🙏🏾 Will return for future services.
