PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR, GET IT REPAIRED OR EVEN GO INTO THEIR CAR LOT. THEY ARE A RIP OFF, THEY CANT BE UNDERSTOOD, EVEN WORSER, THEY JUST STINK....IT MUST BE A SKUNK.....THUMBS DOWN TO THEM.
They took 2,000$$ for a car, The car broke down the next day...Then they give car back fixed& it breaks again...Then they fix it i drive car fixed for 2 whole weeks before they repo it and say i owe 3 car payments for 1,200 and 450$ for repo fee...I went to court and filed to sue for my money back!!! they lied the car is on there lot!! Scam artist...All the cars r made to break down!!! Andy!! is the stealer..
buying a car from 5 star auto is a SHAM. watch and investigate them, because they are crooks, and will prey on the helpless and women. i reccomend that you seek out other dealerships and not even consider purchasing anything, not even a glass of water from them. THEY ARE CROOKS, AND THEY KNOW IT.
Bought a car from dealership in Feb. of 2009...didn't get the tags for the car until July. Just paid off the car this month and it's been 3 weeks and I still dont' have the title...owner Andy blames DMV and post office! They never checked to ensure they had the title before hand and they didn't even contact me in regards to the missing title until I called them...! Continued.... Know about cars and have the car checked out before you buy from these guys. Also my timing belt went out on this car 3 months after I drove it off the car lot.. This was a bad deal for me. I was tired when I bought this car. I should have been well rested and I should have taken the time to have things checked out.
