Jeff went above and beyond to see that may needs were met, during the process of this deal, and this was not your normal vehicle purchase process. Jeff had the truck checked out for some possible repairs that were pointed out after the test drive. My husband and I just bought a truck from Five Star Auto and I have to say the name says it all! Jeff was super helpful and went above and beyond to get me the truck I fell in love with. He never pressured me into a vehicle I wouldn't like (like most dealerships do). We drove 2 hours to Maryville and back for 2 days! I wouldn't have wasted our time if Jeff wasn't that good. I went to buy a truck. well spent 35.000 on a truck pulled out took it home the next day truck wouldn't start . I sold them my only other truck I asked while they fix my car can they get me something to get back and forth to work. well he said no this isn't a rent a car so I had no truck for two weeks and had to pay out of my owe pocket to rent a car till it was fixed ......they could have let me drive thetruck I drove in with so I didn't have to pay for these people 🙃 mistake on a truck that costed 6700 dollers to fix they... read more
