Trying to get my $100 deposit back for 2 months and cannot get them to return a phone call.
Cancelled extended warranty because the car they sold me died one year later. Refund due was about $1000. Never gave me the refund and has now not responded to my calls or inquiries. Ripped me off.
Five Star just dropped off the VW Jetta we had them buy for us. It is everything we wanted in a used car and then some. Thanks to Roger for making this an easy process to go through and for helping us get our money's worth in a used car.

Well, I am thankful to have a car again finally. I should have listened to Becky's advice earlier and called up Mark earlier. To be honest though, I was a little hesitant because it wasn't the normal process of going to a dealer and checking out their cars. THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN AMERICA, There is a reason that Glenn Beck just bought 7 cars from him. I can personally attest to how they do business because I used to work there.
