I have my new truck and my Acura at Five star at the same time! both of them were vandalized and needed reaired and repainted. I was skeptical at first because they are a small shop. After talking with Randy, I was confident that I had made the right decision. He is Wonderful !! He kept me informed every step of the way and was always happy to answer my questions. I drive a 2017 Acura TLX, which was involved in a hit and skip accident. I initially contacted a auto body shop close to my home. The receptionist was very unfriendly and indicated I couldn't get an estimate for several days. Five Star proactively contacted me and after consideration of other shops, I ultimately went with Five Star based on professionalism and price. They came out to my home to provide an estimate and later picked the vehicle up. The work was done and my car was delivered on time and after being detailed that was a very nice touch. The guys at Five Star truly live up to their name! I had wrecked my car about 3 weeks ago, and just picked it up yesterday. When I saw it, I thought it was a new car!! Randy, Ed and Emile did a fantastic job! I have to say these guys really care about their customer, very genuine and awesome people! The insurance company wanted to total the car, but I said no way!
